Diversity in Media Grant - $2500; 1 per year
This grant is designed to aid community members in completing an entire project that requires the use of DOM equipment beyond the normal terms of use. Priority will be given to applicants who are most under-represented in our community, in the media and on our channels. The programming should enrich the diversity of DOM's programming so applications have a strong component of community, diversity, youth and social engagement are will be given highest priority.
Member Production Grant - $500; 3 per year
This grant is designed to aid DOM member producers in the production of their series programming, or to provide additional support to nonprofits wanting to complete a particular project. This grant should serve as both an extension of our education program by developing a high-quality production for those producers needing to develop additional skill sets, and to assist those producers most in need of financial and personnel assistance.
Nonprofit Organizational Member Grant - $500 discount
This grant is designed to further leverage the great work being done by nonprofit organizations in our community. This grant allows for up to 4 nonprofit staff members, interns and/or volunteers to receive the training and access to the necessary resources to promote your organization's programs, people and services. All content created will be submitted and aired on Denver Open Media's 3 TV Comcast cable channels and archived on our website for on-demand streaming.
